I fail to speak on all these trade deals and agreements like the TPP, agreements with other countries like the UN and the EU and NATO These foreign agreements, ALL of them are null and void because all of them violate the constitution and none of them can trump the constitution and the common law of the land. We are smothered and oppressed by to many laws forced on us through the commerce clause and treaties and agreements with other countries That violate the constitution and our rights. We the people have common law, corporations and banks have commerce law. One does not apply to the other and common law ALWAYS trumps commerce law.

Some may say well the president can do this or that or judges can make laws and get around it but that is not what the law says,

No state, legislator, executive or judicial officer can “War” against (or test the limitations of) the Constitution without violating their undertaking to support it (Breach of Oath/Contract, Treason??). Which they also use against you to control and take away your free speech and your rights to redress grievances. That is to get the truth out of our government officials.

By creating the drug war on the people and the police state not only on the US but by making unconstitutional agreements and trade deals they enforce them on the world and go to war with anyone that stands in their way or has something they want. They tax us, license us, permit us, fine us, put us in jail and slave labor and take our property and our life. They allow companies to poison our water, food, and air. The government itself spays poison chemicals in the air and it contaminates the land and everything it touches, air, land, plants, animals, water and us. They manipulate the weather and experiment on the troops and the general public. They have mad scientist screwing with mother nature itself and destroying the world while they laugh at you and say shut up and take it.

People need to wake up, take America back from the criminals destroying us our children and everything they touch. They are criminals robbing, plundering and killing. ISIS is bad but they were created and funded by leaders in our government who is a lot worse.

And those numbers do not even include those killed in war. They want to bring in a one world order and a one world religion. They want to control and enslave and kill. These are no angles ruling over us, no from the law we can tell they are indeed criminals and that is a lot closer to devils.

History has answered this question and Americas doom is certain unless we hold all our officials, all our police all our judges anyone who works for the government city,county, state or federal, to the constitution and common law of the land. They can have their commercial codes but they can not enforce them on we the people. It only applies to interstate and foreign commerce and then only if it is complementary with the constitution and applies only to corporations and commercial entities not to common people or their private business.
